A word from our instructor…
Shoplifting is a crime of opportunity. If the
opportunity is presented, then there is going to be someone willing to take
advantage of it. As the economic situation of the world changes, so must we as
Loss Prevention agents. Times are getting harder and more people are willing to
take a chance to get what they want. We must always remain professional and
vigilant in the ever evolving word of theft. As the criminals get smarter so
must we. They will always try and find a way to beat the system and we must
continue to make that system stronger through understanding and training.
