How much does process serving cost in Chino Hills?

Our flat fee for standard service is $49.99 for Chino Hills.  The price covers a total of three attempts.  The first attempt will be during the morning (8:00 AM-11:59 AM), the second in the afternoon (12:00 PM-6:30 PM), and third in the evenings (6:31 PM-9:00 PM). We may switch around the schedule but try to remain within these time frames.

What happens if you can’t serve them by the third attempt?

We will make every reasonable effort to serve the person; however there are times when there are circumstances beyond our control.  Sometimes people avoid process of service and sometimes people are not home. The 4^th, 5^th, and 6^th attempt will be an additional $49.99.

Will you wait until the person arrives home?

We do provide an additional service for $49.99 an hour for “stake-outs.” During a stake out, our investigators will wait for an agreed upon time for the subject to arrive. 

Standard Delivery Times

We guarantee by the 5^th business day, we will have made our first attempt to serve the documents to the person or entity.

Rush Service

For a total fee (Chino Hills only) of $99.99 we will expedite process of service within the same business day.  This means by 8:00 PM, same business day, we would have made our first attempt. Within 4 business days thereafter we will attempt to serve the documents again (two more times) during different times.

Payment Methods

We accept personal checks, cashier’s check, and PayPal. Please note we must receive full payment prior to beginning service. If paid through a personal check, we must wait until the check clears to begin service.
